Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a prime location, right between Rialto and San Marco, offering spacious rooms and lovely service. However, the dining area can feel congested quickly. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel is in a great location near the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square. The rooms, while having two bedrooms and a large bathroom, were not conducive to a good night's sleep until late at night, affecting our early sightseeing plans. The service was polite and welcoming but had some unprofessional moments. The dining options were great with a wide variety of food. Overall, a good option for its location and dining choices.
The hotel had nice and clean rooms, but the noise made it hard to sleep early. It was very hot during the stay. The service was polite but not exceptional, helpful in guiding to the apartment. The location was perfect for exploring Venice, close to major attractions. The dining options were good, although some found it lacking. The hotel facilities were overall good with a cozy dining space next to the canal.
Although the rooms were quite small and noisy, the hotel offered nice service and a great location close to the main attractions. The dining experience was enjoyable, and the facilities were well-kept.
I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The rooms, although on the small side, were cozy and clean. The service was a bit lacking in manners but they made up for it by going the extra mile to help us plan our visit to Murano. The dining experience was delightful with a good selection of food. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were noisy due to a nearby party but had a convenient shower and toilet setup suitable for my mom. Though small and cramped, this is typical in Venice. I felt slightly distant from the main hotel due to the location. The service was incredibly helpful with excellent restaurant recommendations, and the staff was extremely courteous, which I appreciated. The location, just a few minutes from San Marco Square, was a major highlight, allowing easy access for early morning photo shoots at the carnival. However, the distant feel from the main lobby made it seem more like an Airbnb rather than a hotel. Despite being a bit cramped, the view of gondolas passing by the window during meals was wonderful. The close proximity to the water taxi dock was a bonus, especially during flooding. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a nice variety of savory and sweet options, though the breakfast set up made it challenging for guests to move around. Overall, the stay was pleasant with some room for improvement.
